Do you offer insurance with the rental?

At Pop'Bike, we understand the importance of peace of mind when you choose a two-wheel rental. That's why we offer comprehensive insurance for our muscle bikes, electric bikes, electric scooters, and scroosers. However, for scooter rental, we rely on the tenant's liability insurance.

1. Insurance for muscle bikes:

   • At only €3 per day, our bike rental insurance covers expenses in case of breakdown, damage, or theft.
   • Customers benefit from 80% coverage in case of damage or theft of the rented muscle bike.

2. Insurance for electric bikes:

   • For electric bike rental, insurance is offered at €4 per day.
   • This insurance coverage extends to technical issues, damage, and theft, providing peace of mind during your electric bike rental.

3. Insurance for electric scooters and scroosers:

   • At €4 per day, insurance for electric scooter rental or scrooser offers similar protection, covering 80% of the costs in case of necessary repair or theft.

4. Scooter rental:

   • For scooter rental, we do not offer additional insurance. It is the tenant's responsibility to cover any potential damages or losses through their liability insurance.

In all cases, our insurance for two-wheel rental offers breakdown assistance at no extra cost, and in case of theft, the insurance covers 80% of the total repair costs or the security deposit in case of theft. The remaining 20% is the client's responsibility. It is important to note that in case of theft, a police report is required to activate the insurance.
